Directions

Ponderosa Pediatrics is conveniently located in the center of the Quad Cities (Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley & Dewey-Humboldt) with easy access off US 89A immediately east of US 89.

From Prescott

1. Take US 89 north to US 89A and turn right (east); or
2. Take Willow Creek Road south to Pioneer Parkway and turn right (east). Exit at US 89; or
3. Take Williamson Valley Road to Pioneer Parkway and turn east. Exit at US 89; then
4. Stay in the right lane and continue east (if on Pioneer Parkway) through US 89. The right lane will not enter US 89A, but will exit to Larry Caldwell Drive. Turn right (south) on Larry Caldwell.
5. The second street on your right is Centerpointe West Drive. Turn right (west).
6. The first street on your right (north) is Landmark Lane. Ponderosa Pediatrics (2120 Centerpointe West Drive) is on the northwest corner of Centerpointe West and Landmark (past Landmark Lane on the right).

From Prescott Valley

1. Take Viewpoint to US 89A and turn west (toward Prescott/Chino Valley); or
2. Take Robert Road north to US 89A and turn left (west); or
3. Take Glassford Hill Road north to US 89A and turn left (west); then
4. Go west on US 89A and take the Larry Caldwell exit (the exit before US 89). Turn left (south) on Larry Caldwell.
5. The second street on your right is Centerpointe West Drive. Turn right (west).
6. The first street on your right (north) is Landmark Lane. Ponderosa Pediatrics (2120 Centerpointe West Drive) is on the northwest corner of Centerpointe West and Landmark (past Landmark Lane on the right).

From Chino Valley

1. Take US 89 south to US 89A and turn left (east); then
2. Stay in the right lane. The right lane will not enter US 89A, but will exit to Larry Caldwell Drive. Turn right (south) on Larry Caldwell.
3. The second street on your right is Centerpointe West Drive. Turn right (west).
4. The first street on your right (north) is Landmark Lane. Ponderosa Pediatrics (2120 Centerpointe West Drive) is on the northwest corner of Centerpointe West and Landmark (past Landmark Lane on the right).

From Dewey-Humboldt

1. Take US 69 west to Fain Road and turn right; then
2. Take Fain Road to US 89A and continue west; then
3. Continue west on US 89A and take the Larry Caldwell exit (the exit before US 89). Turn left (south) on Larry Caldwell.
4. The second street on your right is Centerpointe West Drive. Turn right (west).
