New Patients – Meet our providers with a “meet & greet”
Selecting a healthcare provider for your children is a critical decision that should not be taken lightly. For that reason, w
e’ve included plenty of information on our practice, little things other pediatric practices can’t offer, insurances, accessibility, etc. We include information on our doctors and nurse practitioners. But we want parents to have a chance to know us in person. Either call or send a message with the form below and at least one of our providers will schedule a time just to meet with you.
We can include a facility tour, a short presentation on Ponderosa Pediatrics by our Practice Administrator if requested, and a chance to talk with our doctors with no distractions. Hopefully we can share the specific information you are interested in, give you a chance to meet our providers and staff, and even complete new patient paperwork and schedule appointments if you honor us by trusting your childrens’ healthcare to us.
