- Available only to patients with no insurance. Reduced rates cannot be applied to deductibles as this is a contractual agreement between the insured and the insurance company.
2. Visit must be prepaid at check-in.

4. Childhood immunizations special only if qualified for VFC.
5. Prescriptions and some added services are not included with this special offer.
